INGREDIENTS:
15 oz cooked cannellini beans
1 avocado, cubed
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a bowl, folding the pesto, vegetables, and seasoning into the beans. Serve on bruschetta or on top of rice or quinoa.
