Robust Umami Broth
Robust Umami Broth

Ingredients:
1TB sesame oil
1 TB
umami broth powder
3 cups water
1 tsp tomato paste
4 or 5 drops of Maggi sauce
Salt to taste
Directions:
Bring water to a boil. Add the other ingredients and let simmer 5 to 10 minutes. You can adjust the amount of sesame oil if you are watching your fat.
