Bean and Barley Soup

Ingredients:
3 cups
Robust Umami Broth
15oz can cannellini beans
1/4 cup pearl barley
1 small carrot, diced
1 small celery stalk diced
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil
Lower temperature and cover with lid, cooking until the barley is al dente.
