Sunflower Seed and Parsley Pesto



Sunflower Seed and Parsley Pesto


INGREDIENTS:

1.5 cups chopped Parsley
1 tsp chopped garlic
3 TB unsalted sunflower seed kernels
3 TB multi-grain bread crumbs
1/4 cup olive oil 

DIRECTIONS:
Blend ingredients together in a blender on low speed to create a coarse mixture.  Mix with pasta or salads.

Make 4 servings.
