Bean and Barley Soup

Bean and Barley Soup

Ingredients:

15oz can cannellini beans
1/4 cup pearl barley
1 small carrot, diced
1 small celery stalk diced 
Directions:
  1.  Combine ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Lower temperature and cover with lid, cooking until the barley is al dente.
